Do travel products need shipping? Are there delivery fees?

Travel products are not physical goods, so there is no shipping and no delivery fee: after booking, the confirmation and e-tickets are sent to the email used at checkout, and you meet the group with that email and your ID. Attraction e-tickets are sent the same way; ask us in advance if you need paper tickets. If an order includes physical goods such as souvenirs, the checkout shows the available delivery method for the address. Shipping is currently free within Quebec; for other regions, contact us if no option appears.
