How long does a refund take and what is refunded?

Refunds go back to the original payment method: card and PayPal refunds are processed by the payment provider and usually take several business days after our team confirms them; the exact timing depends on the card issuer or PayPal. Refunds are recorded per order and per traveller, and the refunded amount is visible on the order. Whether the tour price, protection plan fee and seat-selection fee are refundable depends on the cancellation terms and on whether the supplier has already blocked a seat or issued a ticket. Amounts already used or incurred are not refundable. If an amount looks wrong, send us the order number.
